The black outline is a bit too thick.....also their should be a bit more contrast instead of just dark shades of blue.
You also need to realize that on a dark background you'd have to change the colors of this logo type Dramaticly which is why its ALWAYS important to Make sure your logos work well on all color backgrounds.....Light or dark.
